About Books & Literature: Read 'The Hobbit' Before it Hits the Big Screen

I have only read The Hobbit once, and it was in seventh grade, which was entirely too many decades ago. Since it's headed to the big screen in exactly one month, I've got some time to give it a glorious re-read. (Who am I kidding? I'm going to put it off and then cram the whole thing in on December 12th and 13th.)
