From Megan Romer, your About Books & Literature Editor
For the past few years, I've made the New Year's Resolution to read 100 books in 365 days. Thus far, I'm only at 5 for 2013, which is pretty far behind schedule. Well, unless I count Dr. Seuss books (which I probably should; let's be honest, One Fish, Two Fish is quite the schlep), in which case I'm already at 100 and I can stop reading and turn on the TV now.

One thing I'm trying this year is to actually write down not just everything I read, but my impression of it. This is slowing me down, but only by a little bit, and if it helps me actually remember the books that I've read, it's entirely worth it.

I remember the first one fondly, and I think I just might revisit the series. Read More...
