Mmm... there's nothing quite like the smell of new pencils. Picture Books About Starting School In about three years, when my wee beastie has reached kindergarten age, I suspect I'll have a new favorite thing about this time of year. "Get on the bus and get outta here, kid, so I can catch up on the last five years' worth of reading!"
